Serial numbered item sales are final.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
.

Return costs of packaging, insurance , shipping, etc. must be prepaid by the customer.

All sales of Special Orders, Barrels, Books, CDs, Videos, Black Oxide, Engraving, and Custom Gunsmith parts and services are final.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only when a King Glock Customer Service Representative gives prior authorization and issues a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA.)

Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return merchandise in the original unmarked packages.


The merchandise and packaging must be in resalable condition, returns not meeting these conditions will be subject to credit evaluation.

New Merchandise returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and credit evaluation, subject to RMA.

All credits for invoices paid by credit card will be credited back to the credit card. All credits for invoices paid by cash, money order, or check will be applied to the customers account for credit towards the next order.

Any credits not used within 180 days will become void.

King GLock Inc charges a $35.00 fee for returned checks.

Replacements for returned merchandise will be issued to a customer only after one of King Glock's Certified Glock Armorers declares the manufacturers’ materials and or craftsmanship as defective. Return and replacement shipping in these cases may be paid by King Glock.

Please allow 2-3 weeks after arrival to King Glock for returns to be processed.


Warranty issues are handled directly with the respective manufactures. King Glock is not responsible for providing a refund or exchange for products manufactured by another company.

King Glock will only return a product from another company that was purchased from us within 30 days, and is in new condition.

King Glock, Inc. is not associated with Glock, Inc. in any way.
